The four individuals that originated Axiom Partners, Inc. all came from diverse backgrounds, but complimented each other well within the realm of Environmental Consulting carrying out the mutual goal of making AXIOM successful. The four Principals oversee all aspects of running the small business, as well as having the title of Project Manager; directing every project from origin to completion and ensuring quality and precision for every client.

Randal D. Ames

Randal D. Ames

Randal is one of the principal owners of Axiom Partners, Inc. He has spent more than 30 years managing commercial, industrial and residential projects across New England. Randal believes in a hands on approach and is directly involved with all projects. His expertise includes industrial hygiene, asbestos management, hazardous materials identification and abatement, indoor air quality assessments and OSHA compliance assistance. Before starting Axiom Partners, Inc., Randal managed the regional industrial hygiene division at Dames and Moore (now AECOM) in Salem, NH location. He began his career with Hygienetics, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Edward K. Kearney, CIH

Since entering the environmental consulting field in 1984, Edward has provided services to a wide range of private and public clientele. His past experience ranges from completing technical fieldwork, to managing a small start-up environmental firm in Hawaii. As a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Edward’s expertise lies in the occupational health and safety field. His combined qualifications and experience as a CIH and environmental site professional are unique within the State of Massachusetts and allows him to perform all aspects of environmental consulting for both public and private clients.

Stephen E. Minassian

Stephen E. Minassian

Stephen has provided Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Consulting services to Commercial, Industrial and Institutional clients since 1985. He has managed a variety of hazardous materials for thousands of construction, renovation and demolition projects where environmental issues have included asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, PCBs, Mercury, chemical wastes, petroleum storage tanks and contaminated soil. Stephen has performed and managed hundreds of environmental site assessments, indoor air quality and mold investigations and remediation projects. Stephen also has experience with many industrial hygiene projects such as noise pollution, chemicals, physical agents, and air pollution control. He has managed staffs of over twenty for companies in Oregon, New Mexico and California then eventually throughout the Northeast as an AXIOM principal. Stephen also has experience with design and oversight of building demolition projects.
